Under Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, Personal Data Code, it is informed that UNIDEA APS, VAT No. 97862610157 with registered office in Milan (MI), Via Bernardo Quaranta, 45, 20139, represented by its legal representative pro tempore Nicolò Zuliani born in Milan (MI) on 24/04/2000, VAT No. ZLNNCL00D24F205V, hereinafter indicated, for brevity, as "UNIDEA", will process, as Data Controller, the personal data of subjects who will give their free consent for the purposes and in the ways indicated below. The data referred to in paragraph 3 may also be processed by any Data Processors, appointed by the Data Controller. This last category of subjects may belong, in any case, exclusively to the UNIDEA team, as well as all the strictly necessary operators involved in sending the information material, according to the parameters indicated by their respective privacy policies.
The purposes of the processing referred to in the preceding paragraph mainly concern the sending by e-mail of news and updates regarding the activities carried out by the organization.
The personal data requested and subject to this information are listed below: Name; Email Address.
The recipients of the communication of the data subject's personal data are: the Data Controller and any Data Processors;
The data acquired, subject to this information, may be kept by the recipients referred to in the previous paragraph for a period not exceeding 10 (ten) years from the date of this subscription.
At any time, the data subject who has communicated his/her data has the right, under Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, to contact UNIDEA APS to: ask for confirmation of the existence or not of his/her personal data; obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period; obtain the rectification and erasure of data; obtain the limitation of processing; obtain data portability, i.e., receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance; object to the processing at any time, including processing for direct marketing purposes; object to an automated decision-making process relating to individuals, including profiling. ask the data controller for access to personal data and their rectification or erasure or the limitation of processing concerning them or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability; withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal; file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The processing of personal data is considered mandatory since, without it, it would not be possible to send the updates requested by e-mail.
